This unique liqueur combines Sentoku Shuzo’s signature nigori sake from sunny Miyazaki with the vibrant juice of Hebesu citrus, grown in Hyuga City, Miyazaki Prefecture. The result is a sake-based liqueur with fresh, fruity notes and a bright, refreshing acidity. Inspired by the visit of former Japan national football star Hidetoshi Nakata to the brewery in June 2021, this creation celebrates both regional flavor and innovation.
