Shipping policy

Shipping fees and delivery methods vary depending on the product type (in-stock items, made-to-order items, or preorder items) and the shipping destination (Japan / United States / other countries excluding the United States). Please review the following information before placing your order.

1. In-stock Items (Limited Collaboration Items) For Customers in Japan


  • Items will be shipped from a warehouse in Japan.
  • Shipping fee: Flat rate of ¥1,700 tax included, nationwide in Japan.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

2. Made-to-order Items For Customers in Japan


  • Items will be shipped from an overseas or domestic partner factory.
  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • The estimated delivery schedule can be confirmed in the “Shipping Method” section at checkout.
  • If customs duties or import taxes are incurred, they will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • After the item is completed, we will send you an email with shipping and tracking information.

3. When Purchasing In-stock Items and Made-to-order Items Together For Customers in Japan


  • In-stock items and made-to-order items cannot be shipped together, so they will be shipped separately and charged separately for shipping.
  • Because shipping schedules and shipping origins differ, please check the product type on each product page before purchasing.
  • Made-to-order items will be shipped from an overseas or domestic partner factory.
  • Shipping fees for made-to-order items are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • The estimated delivery schedule for made-to-order items can be confirmed in the “Shipping Method” section at checkout.
  • If customs duties or import taxes are incurred, they will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • For made-to-order items, we will send you an email with shipping and tracking information after the item is completed.

4. Preorder Items For Customers in Japan


  • Shipping fee: Flat rate of ¥1,700 tax included, nationwide in Japan.
  • The estimated shipping date shown on the product page or elsewhere is only an estimate.
  • Preorder items can only be paid for by credit card or Shop Pay.
  • Latest updates and details will be announced on X.

5. In-stock Items (Limited Collaboration Items) For Overseas Customers Excluding the United States


  • Please set the currency to JPY when purchasing.
  • When you add an item to your cart, the Buyee international order cart will open.
  • Please click “Add to Cart” on the Buyee screen to add the item.
  • In addition to the domestic shipping fee of ¥1,700 tax included, the international shipping fee specified by the partner service will apply.
  • Available regions and restrictions can be confirmed on the product page and the partner service website.

6. Made-to-order Items For Overseas Customers Including the United States


  • Items will be shipped from an overseas or domestic partner factory.
  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • The estimated delivery schedule can be confirmed in the “Shipping Method” section at checkout.
  • If customs duties or import taxes are incurred, they will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • After the item is completed, we will send you an email with shipping and tracking information.

  • Please set the currency to USD when purchasing.
  • Shipping fees can be confirmed at checkout.
  • Preorder items can only be paid for by credit card or Shop Pay.

Estimated Shipping Schedule


  • In-stock items: Usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Made-to-order items: Shipped after production is completed.
  • Preorder items: Please check the estimated shipping date shown on the product page or elsewhere.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, customs clearance, warehouse processing, or other circumstances.

⚠ Important Notes


  • The product type is stated on each product page.
  • Please check the product type on the product page before purchasing.
  • If multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • If redelivery is required due to an incorrect address or refusal to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and similar charges are generally the customer’s responsibility.
