This Honjozo sake is made exclusively with Saga-grown rice varieties such as Reiho, using the traditional "Sandan Shikomi" (three-step brewing) process. No sweeteners or enzymatic agents are added. Fermented with Kyokai No. 9 yeast, this sake stands out for its clean, refreshing palate and crisp, invigorating finish—a classic, straightforward Honjozo that truly highlights the natural flavor of the rice.
