Brewed solely with Saga-grown rice varieties such as Reiho and the pristine water of the Tara mountain range, this Junmai sake is crafted using Kyokai No. 9 yeast. The traditional "Sandan Shikomi" (three-step brewing) method brings out the perfect harmony of rich rice umami and an elegant, full aroma, resulting in a crisp, well-balanced Junmai sake.
