It features a distinctly local character by using Saga Kobo F7 (Saga yeast), resulting in a sake that showcases the pure expression of Saga’s terroir. With an unusually low Sake Meter Value (SMV -4), this sake delivers a soft, rounded sweetness and umami rarely found elsewhere.
