Inatsu Season 2
For Season 2, our focus was on yeast.
"Yeast is what gives sake its fruity aroma."
Sparked by Ninomae Ina'nis's interest in this fact, we brewed a new sake using a special yeast developed in Saga Prefecture.
INATSU SEASON 1
SAKEBOYS first met Ninomae Ina’nis in June 2024.
The collaboration came to life when the sake she tasted happened to perfectly match her personal preference.
For this first release, we selected a Junmai Daiginjo crafted by Seto Shuzo, a historic brewery in Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture, with over 200 years of heritage.
