Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express however, for Okinawa, Yamato Transport will be used.
We do not offer any special services such as airport courier or return courier. Also, we do not ship outside Japan.

How many bottles can I send in a box?
The maximum number of bottles that can be sent in a box differs between room temperature and cool delivery.
The shipping costs are constant within the limits of one unit. We encourage you to buy multiple bottles to save the shipping cost. Please see our domestic shipping rates for more information.

Cool delivery has a weight limit and the maximum number of units is lower than for normal delivery.
In the case of 720ml, depending on the shape of the container and the availability of the outer box of the product, we may have to use an 1800ml carton or change the number of units.
If you exceed the maximum number of units that can fit in one box, it will be split into two boxes.
The customer will receive confirmation of the additional shipping costs by email.
Please note that we will send your order as soon as we receive confirmation and delivery may be delayed.
MIXED ORDERS OF 720ML AND 1800ML
For general delivery:
The maximum amount of alcohol that can be contained in one box is "up to 6 bottles of 1800ml and 12 bottles of 720ml".
For refrigerated delivery:
Due to the weight limit, the maximum amount of alcohol that can be contained in one box is "up to 10 bottles (if 720ml), up to 5 bottles of 1800ml".
One bottle of 1800ml is equivalent to two bottles of 720ml.
Good: Order 4 x 1800ml and 2 x 720ml bottles（Equivalent to 5 bottles of 1800ml）
Bad: Order 5 bottles of 1800ml and 1 bottle of 720ml（Equivalent to 5.5 bottles of 1800ml）
HOW DO I SPECIFY A DELIVERY DATE?
If you wish to specify a delivery date, please select the date in the cart section. If you don't see your preferred date and time in the options, please enter your preferred date and time in the contact section. However, you cannot choose the next day of the order date or more than one month in advance. (For Okinawa, it will be after 3 days of your order date.)
In the morning (8am-12pm), 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm, 7pm-9pm.

Please note that some items may not be delivered on time due to various reasons. Please use the date and time as a guide.
PENDING DELIVERY PROCEDURE
In the following circumstances, we may have to put the dispatch process on hold and contact you by phone or email.
- In case of incomplete order information.
- In case of special requests.
- In the event that the ordered product is found to be missing or defective.
- If the actual invoice amount is higher than the amount automatically calculated at the time of order.
we are unable to contact you for more than a certain period of time, we may cancel your order.
DELAY OF DELIVERY
We will do our best to deliver your order in line with the estimated delivery date, however there may be unexpected difficulties when this is not possible. In particular, during busy periods such as major holidays and bad weather, logistics may be slow and delivery may not be possible on the specified date. Please note that the date and time should be used as a guide only and we recommend that you pick up your order as soon as possible.
If you do not receive your order, please contact the delivery company directly and check the status of your order using the tracking service.
DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY
Any damage that occurs during delivery will be dealt with by the carrier.
If you contact us, we will not be able to help you. Please contact the carrier for further information.
