Cancellation of your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the inquiry form or by phone. We cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped. Also, even if the product has not yet been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations if it has already been prepared for shipping.


Returns and Exchanges

Please check your ordered items immediately when you receive them. If the item you receive is different from the one you ordered, or if it is damaged, dirty, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since the item arrived.

Please note that we may ask you to provide us with a photo to confirm the condition. In the case of an exchange, we will resend the item after confirming that it has arrived.


If a replacement is not available, we will refund or exchange the product for an equivalent item.

If the original bottle has been opened, consumed or discarded and the circumstances are unclear, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons that are not related to the quality of the product, such as "I don't like the taste" or for reasons due to customer defects, such as "I ordered the wrong item" or "I stored the product on its side and the contents spilled."

Special return cases

If the product is returned to us after it has been shipped due to the customer's prolonged absence or refusal to accept it, we will charge you the cost of return shipping and, depending on the circumstances, the price of the product.
